Custom Designed and Improved OEM Replacement Castings
Unicast customers are often frustrated with the customer service, long lead time, quality, and wear-life of OEM parts. Our custom(er)-made industrial wear-parts improve on the original OEM design by introducing better, fit for purpose novel alloys and required design changes that dramatically increase wear-life.
We have a network of foundries around the world to mitigate supply chain and geopolitical risk. Unlike our competitors, we don't source from one country and can provide you with supply chain options based on your risk tolerance, ESG requirements and corporate policy.
Unicast parts are guaranteed to fit any machine and we will often travel to locations to 3-Dimensionally scan parts to verify fitment, discuss your wear-part challenges, and provide solution to improve wear life.
Based in Kelowna, Canada, our large team of mechanical and metallurgical engineers are here to answer your questions and provide technical guidance. We have a collaboration agreement with a local University and access to a cutting-edge world-class lab to conduct metallurgical and failure analysis.
